At Deer Club, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item, and we are here to assist you with that process. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Legitimacy: The product(s) should be purchased only from https://deerclubonline.com/ and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- Packaging: All tags and the original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
- Invoice: The original invoice should be returned with the product(s).
Exchange Policy
- Size Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we will provide the exchange given the availability of the required size in our inventory.
- Store Credits: If the desired size is not available, we will issue store credits for the customer.
- Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Once the product(s) has reached our warehouse, post required quality checks you will contact through your registered email for the initiation of the reward points/coupon discount.
- In case, any of the above points mentioned are not met about product(s) quality post receiving the package from your end. Then you won’t be eligible for a rewards point/discount against the same.
Return Policy
- No Returns: Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Damaged Products: In case the product received is damaged due to courier handling, returns will be accepted, and store credits or a replacement will be issued after inspection.
Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds
- Reward Points/Discount Coupons: Refund amounts will be credited in terms of reward points or discount coupons, which need to be redeemed within 3 months.
How to Initiate an Exchange (for size issue) or Return (for Damaged Products)
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange or return (if damaged).
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Customer Responsibility: The shipping charges for the pickup of exchanged or returned items will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Deduction: The said shipping amount will be deducted from the store credits or the refund amount, as applicable. This will come into play if the pickup is scheduled by Deer Club. If the customer sends back the package on his own then no such deductions will take place.
