At Deer Club, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item, and we are here to assist you with that process. Please read our returns and exchange policy carefully.
Eligibility for Exchanges
- Legitimacy: The product(s) should be purchased only from https://deerclubonline.com/ and not from any other retailer, be it online or offline.
- Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused (other than fit trial) and unwashed. There should be no stains, marks, stitches, or holes in the product(s) caused by the consumer.
- Packaging: All tags and the original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the product(s).
- Invoice: The original invoice should be returned with the product(s).
Exchange Policy
- Size Exchange: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we will provide the exchange given the availability of the required size in our inventory.
- Store Credits: If the desired size is not available, we will issue store credits in the form of coupon code for the customer.
- Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Pick-up Facility: Deer Club levies a flat ₹99 fee for an exchange/return pick up scheduled by us given the order value is below ₹999.
- Once the product(s) has reached our warehouse, post required quality checks we will contact you through your registered email for the initiation of the exchange/reward points/coupon discount.
- In case, any of the above points mentioned are not met about product(s) quality post receiving the package from your end. Then you won’t be eligible for a rewards point/discount against the same.
Return Policy
- Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Damaged/Wrong Products: In case the product received is damaged due to courier handling or wrong product is received, returns will be accepted, and store credits or a replacement will be issued after inspection. Photos to be attached while sending the email, it is mandatory in such cases. Make sure to send an email with clear photos within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable/Returnable Items
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchanges.
Refunds
- Reward Points/Discount Coupons: Refund amounts will be credited in terms of reward points or discount coupons, which need to be redeemed within 3 months.
- Please note that shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customercare@deerclubonline.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange or return (if damaged).
- Kindly include your order number, reason for exchange, incase it’s a size exchange mention the required size and any additional details you deem them to be important in the mail.
- Please note: It can 1-3 days for our team to reply and do the due diligence at their end.We request you to wait patiently while we will be sorting your issues in the best possible way.
- Return Authorization: Post that our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Shipping and Handling Charges
- Customer Responsibility: The shipping charges for the pickup of exchanged or returned items will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Deduction: A shipping amount of INR99 will be deducted from the store credits or the refund amount, as applicable. This will come into play if the pickup is scheduled by Deer Club. If the customer sends back the package on his own then no such deductions will take place.
Additional terms and conditions if order is placed using a coupon code:
1.Coupon code will not applicable if sale items are in the cart.
2.In case of exchange or return, the credited amount will be adjusted, deducting the discount value and any applicable shipping charges.
3.Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
4.All discounts are applied before taxes and shipping charges.
